SPORTSMANSHIP

Spectators are encouraged to attend the event to cheer for their team and create a festive atmosphere in the building.  Spectators also play a critical role in establishing a positive image of our leagues, our schools, and our teams.  Everyone plays a part in not only making the weekend a success, but creating memorable experience for all participants, spectators, and personnel.  It is the mission of College Hockey East to have the fans enjoy the game just as much as we enjoy having their support.

TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets are only available at the entrances to the Center Ice Arena on the day of the games.  Adult admission is $5, college students (with school ID) and teenagers are admitted for $3, and there is no charge for children 12 & under.  Admission is good for all CHE games being played that day.

Admission is charged for anyone entering the rink during the CHE event, including those wishing to view the end of a previous game.  Admission is collected so that the teams fortunate enough to participate in postseason carry some of the financial burden of the event.  No special passes and no complaints will be accepted.

Re-entry will only be permitted with a valid hand stamp, and hand stamps are good only for the day of the game.  Spectators without a hand stamp must pay admission to enter the seating area.

PARKING

Ample vehicle parking is available in the lot surrounding the arena and is free to the public.  Team buses/vans are encouraged to unload near the main entrance to the arena and park along the perimeter of the rear lot.  Attendees are asked not to block the two-way flow of traffic leading up to the arena on Center Ice Drive, which happens when vehicles park on both sides of the road.

ADA parking is also available near the entrance to the arena and is marked accordingly.

SPECTATOR SEATING

All seating inside the playing area is General Admission.  The home team fans will be directed to the seats farthest from the entrance -- across from the home bench -- and the visiting team fans will be in the seating section closest to the entrance, across from the visiting bench.  Those seating sections are also marked accordingly.

Fans are asked not to stand in the space between the end of the rink and the entrances to the locker rooms, and those areas will be blocked from pedestrian traffic as the teams enter and exit the ice surface.

PHOTOGRAPHY

A professional photographer will be present for all four CHE championship games.  Photos and photo packages from the event can be purchased from the photographer following the event.  Information on purchasing photos will be provided at the event.  Only the official photographer is authorized by College Hockey East to sell photographs of the 2017 CHE Playoffs.

No photographers will be permitted on the bench areas or in the penalty boxes during the game, and only the official photographer will be permitted on the ice following the game.

POST-GAME CELEBRATIONS

Only team/game personnel, league officials, and the official photographer are permitted on the ice at any time throughout the post-season, including the on-ice celebration following the championship games. The winning team will be asked to clear the ice immediately if spectators or other unauthorized individuals enter the ice surface during this time, and any unauthorized person entering the ice surface will be removed from the premises immediately.
