The 2011 CHE All-Star Game & Skills Competition is scheduled for Saturday, January 8, 2011, at the RMU Island Sports Center. The event will begin at 6:30 PM with the Skills Competition and the All-Star Game immediately following.
As an added twist this season, the All-Star teams will not be selected by divisions. This year's event will feature the "CHE Red Team" vs. the "CHE Black Team" which are comprised of players from all CHE member schools. Head Coaches Craig Bioni of RMU D-III (CHE Red) and Tom Occhino of FSU-I (CHE Black) drafted the players to their teams from a list of nominees. We are very excited about this new format as we hope this will help freshen the event and make the CHE All-Star Game more competitive.
